Global Gestión Inmobiliaria is born in 2017 to meet a growing demand from clients who require a closer and more personalized treatment.

Since then we have not stopped training, growing, innovating (home staging, professional photography, 360 photos, Virtual Tour, VR cameras, social networks), and of course, most importantly, getting satisfied customers.

We work mainly in the areas of Vicar, El Parador, Aguadulce and Roquetas de Mar, but where we are undoubtedly Expert Specialists is in the town of La Gangosa (Vicar), where our offices are, and where our neighbors know us well.

In 2017 we started a parallel adventure with the second empty houses in the coastal area (aguadulce, roquetas, the urbanization), turning them into Tourist Apartments with high incomes in summer, and leaving the winter free to get extra benefits with short-term rentals.

After three growing tourism campaigns, in January 2020, we made a strong commitment to tourist rentals by creating G3Vacacional, hiring a channel manager who in real time allows us to coordinate and manage occupations and rates in multiple tourist rental portals. We currently have direct reservations on our website (http://www.g3vacacional.es) and we are present in the main tourist portals: Booking, Airbnb, Rentalia, Homeaway Internacional, Vrbo, Expedia and Tripadvisor.

G3 Vacacional offers the owner a specialized service in the comprehensive management of holiday rental properties. We take care of everything, from the first paper, to the QR code that allows you to open an apartment with your mobile.
